This is sweet Cricket. Cricket had a family that she loved but after 2 years of being the families loyal pet she was given away. Cuddly, gentle, doesnt know how to growl, chirps at you for attention, all emotions went to her tail (always looks upset but tail shows you how she really feels), not a fan of being picked up, loves to cuddle and be petted. Loves springs, hair ties, bell toys, cat towers, and fluffy beds. Would be best with a smaller, kitten companion. Good for calm kids or older people in a calm environment. Wouldnt hurt a fly, never uses her claws, fine with being dressed up.

She gets along well with other cats and will do well with dogs when introduced slowly. She would do best in a home with another animal as she is very energetic. She's believed to be about 1 years old so she still has alot of play in her. She loves her cat tree and window seat. She gets along well with other cats, would do well with another friendly cat as she likes to play. Not sure about dogs. She's not used to being held, as she's spent a lot of her life being a momma and not getting to experience being a cat. She will come up to you for luving and pets. She likes to sleep with you. This is Lincoln and we are trying to help him get his life on the right track. Lincoln is a handsome, 2 year old, Hemmingway, Tuxedo. Lincoln is deaf and it is a miracle he has survived outdoors. He was taken in by a woman who decided she wanted him euthanized because he scratched her. The vet could see what a sweet boy he was and reached out to Castaways for help. He recieved all of his vaccines and testing. He did test positive for Fiv. Fiv+ cats can live safely with other cats based on research. Lincoln needs an adopter or at the very least, a 3 day foster from 11/20 to 11/23 when he will go to the Humane Society adoption program. Please help this guy out because he deserves it.
